Our principal consultant is a Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner with over 20 years experience in environmental health regulation. He has an academic background in law and is registered with the Occupational Safety and Health Consultants Register. Recognised as a national expert in his field, he has made appearances on several TV and radio stations and been interviewed on subjects such as food standards, nutrition and noise pollution. He has also lectured at a number of Universities.
